I have had the extreme good fortune to have selected Lambert & Foster to act as my letting agents for a Property I own. I must say that the service has been absolutely outstanding. I have to thank Ruth Cattorini of the Paddock Wood office who has consistently provided me with timely and helpful advice with the property at every step of the way. She has guided me through the process and taken care of all the many repairs and improvements that were essential in order to bring the property up to spec for letting. With Ruth, I knew that I was in good hands and didn’t have to worry about anything as she and her team took care of everything. In summary, I couldn’t have wished for a better service - consummate professionals that they are, Ruth and her team are just excellent. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Lambert & Foster were excellent in the sale of our house. They - principally Zoe - were friendly, helpful, polite, very prompt at responding, fully aware of the situation, proactive, and, perhaps most importantly, seemed to genuinely put our interests first. There was never any attempts to encourage us to move before we were ready, or to break the chain to finalise the sale. Zoe went above and beyond in terms of corralling a relatively long chain to ensure that we could move in good time. My husband and I cannot recommend Lambert and Foster highly enough. After 4 failed house purchases through other local estate agents and having experienced poor practices and service, We were reassured by Lambert and Foster that our experience with them would be very different- and it was.

The initial viewing held by Sally was superb, her knowledge of the property and area was vast, the viewing was a pleasure and not rushed. Despite some hiccups in the early stages of the purchase which were completely outside of Lambert and Fosters control, Max and Ross went over and above offering a huge amount of help and guidance and ensured we were kept up to date at all points.

Max, Ross and Zoe were fantastic during our purchase and couldn’t have done more for us. Nothing was ever too much hassle and I have never known anyone reply to emails as quickly as Max!

Prior to completion our son ended up in hospital and Zoe and Max were amazing, the care and compassion shown was overwhelming. They put our minds at ease at an exceptionally stressful time.

We cannot thank Lambert and Foster enough for helping us to find our family home and providing such an impeccable service.
