We engaged Lan Services to refurbish all the original toilets in West Monkton Village Hall. The existing rooms were stripped back to bare walls, and the layouts were totally reconfigured. All the plumbing and electrics were replaced, and they were hidden behind false walls and below false ceilings. All their work was done to the highest standard, with high quality fittings designed specifically for the wear and tear of public use. We would highly recommend them to anyone considering a similar project.

As we found, there are people who will do a cheaper job, but having seen other people's work it is a classic case of 'you get what you pay for'. We wanted a job that would last; was high quality; would need minimal maintenance; was undertaken professionally; and represented good value for money. We found all this with Lan Services, and I was unable to find one fault with their work. They certainly gave us five star service!

Lan services refurbished our church toilets - Ladies, Gents and Accessible - in August 2017 and made an amazing transformation, turning them from old, dull and dirty areas into bright, clean and colourful washrooms that have completeely wowed the many groups that use our church premises.
Lan's workmen are second to none, and not only did an excellent job in each of their trades, but were friendly and polite throughout the refurbishment process.
And it was reassuring for our church that we were told no final payment was to be made until we were completely satisfied with every aspect of the job.
I have no hesitation at all in recommending Lan Services to any organisation thinking of upgrading their premises.

Great prices, great service from these people, refurbished and installed four toilet blocks in our school, great communication from start to finish, any problems are quickly sorted.
