Fantastic company. Ian and Charmaine provided a fantastic and professional service. They were able to meet our tight deadline we had with the council considering the amount of work that was involved. Landvision completed the landscape plan, ecology enahacements report and landscape management and maintenance report for our planning application. Charmaine and Ian were excellent throughout completing all the work to a very high standard. They were really accomodating when amendments were needed completing them very quickly. They offer both quality and excellent value for money. A fantastic service from start right through to the finish. Would definitely recommend.

I am extremely grateful to Charmaine and Ian for the help they gave me, when I recently objected to a plan to build a nine storey block next to some Ancient Woodlands.
They pointed out significant failings with the developer's Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment that had not been picked up the Council's own planning department.
Against all expectations, the Developer's proposal was rejected by the Planning Board. This was remarkable given that the Developer had originally been set up by the Council, the scheme was recommended by the Planning Officers and had the backing of the Council Leader.
Charmaine and Ian were generous with their time and responded to me very quickly.

Charmaine & Ian produced a full LVIA together with subsequent report in support of our planning application for nine custom build homes on a Brownfield site in the Kent countryside.
