Ordered the Double ID card holders. Great quality, far better than the ones issued by my employer which only held a single card. Given that my job requires 2 sets of id and licence they weren’t really fit for purpose. The lanyards shop holders do a much better job and solved a lot of faff with changing id’s.
I also had an issue with collecting my delivery, away from home when they came and I was unable to get to post office in time to collect before they were returned.
Their customer service was brilliant, they contacted me before I could them to tell me they had been returned and then posted them back out to me and I had them within a couple of days. Thanks to Gillian, you’re a shining example of how customer service can exceed expectations.
