I would like to express my satisfaction and gratitude for the professional and excellent work Chloe Pitt of Laurence Associates, Truro applied when I found myself in an unfortunate planning situation.
My situation was to say the least precarious and winning my planning application meant the world to me. I would have lost my home and my life's work if we had not succeeded and it was far from an easy case to win. Chloe was both sympathetic and level headed, fighting to achieve a positive result, and most importantly never giving up.

I have had a very positive experience with Laurence Associates and would recommend highly. Not only were they very competitive with fees, they were the only practice who listened to what we wanted as clients and delivered us the building we envisaged. They have a special planning department who are experts in local planning laws. We got our planning approved for a ultra modern building in a AONB within 8 weeks. I cannot rate the team highly enough.
