They all were very cooperative and courteous to me and my family and explained everything about the installation and always informed me about how long they would be attending and was meticulously in cleaning up after they finished work. It is now 6 months since the company installed the ECO4 package on our property - long enough for me to comment on the process from application, to planning, installing and working. In all areas I am happy to award the 5 star rating. The planning was pretty seamless and things moved at a sound rate. The office staff led by Tina, handled any queries in a friendly and professional manner. The installation was carried out by teams of highly competent and hard working tradesmen. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they worked around our daily needs living in the house. As for the system up and running, I have found nothing to cause me any concerns. LD Eco attended my mother’s property to complete cavity wall insulation and ventilation through a government grant.

The cavity insulation has had an instance impact, really helping retain the heat in the property.

I’d also like to highlight the excellent work from Simon and Chris, who installed trickle vents throughout the property and also installed the vent in the bathroom from the outside, tidying up after themselves.

Electricians Jack and Liam were also fantastic, following after to ensure everything was wired up properly and professionally.

All in all, the lads were punctual, polite and clean and really made my mother feel comfortable in her own home and I’d recommend these guys to anyone.

LD Eco recently installed a heat pump and solar panels for me.

The application process was smooth and the team were helpful in getting that side sorted. The time between submission of application and the installation was a few months, but I was made aware of that from the start.

A special mention to Tina, Scott and Jonah who have been very professional and helpful throughout. The installation team were courteous and tidy.

We had one problem, but it was fixed and rectified in less than 24 hours!
