We needed an emergency appointment to empty our septic tank and everybody, including Leaders Cornwall were very busy. However, Louise was really sympathetic and pulled out all the stops to help and fit us in. In a day and age when companies often treat customers as a convenient commodity to fit in with themselves, Leaders Cornwall really felt our "plight" and treated us with concern and respect. I felt my enquiry was valued. The company is professional, (their "wagon" looked very clean), they were on the ball, very competitively priced and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for your help Louise and Mike - very much appreciated! We are grateful that they will contact us on an annual basis so that I don't make the same mistake again!

I contacted Leaders Cornwall for a quote. Their response was very prompt. I was happy with the cost of having our cesspit emptied. Date and time arranged to suit us. Arrived on time, job carried out well, very tidy, clean and respectful. We have booked them in again for 12 months time. I’ve recommended them to family and friends, who will be making bookings. On time and brilliant service. Emptied the septic tank and soakaway as planned but made a really good job and tested the drain runs etc and rodded the pipes where washing powder etc had built up. Then washed everything down with fresh water and tidied away. Absolutely brilliant service. Fully recommend.
