Prestige Builders and Roofing Ltd - James and the team did a good job with 60cm x 90cm porcelain tile on our external patio and walkway (40m2).
Completed the prep work by breaking out areas of existing concrete and laying tiles to correct falls.
Had a small communication difference from the quote, but got there in the end and gave a great price overall.

When enquiring they ring you constantly everyday and message you to sign up with them, they are really nice when they want you to sign up, then was offered 10 leads and only received 7, when I wanted to cancel and to request a refund for the leads I didn’t receive that’s when they turn nasty. Please no tradesman use them as the leads are all dead and over 2 hours away from your postcode.

Do not use. Just had a scammer call pretending to be able to do conservatory repair. I looked up number after and saw number has been used for thousands of scam calls. Would advise people to not put their details on one of these sites looking for someone to do a job, like I made mistake of doing.

The clients don't want the work doing even when it was sent over to me as a fresh enquiry also blagged me to get another week and still no further on I wouldn't be bothered if I could at least quote the jobs then of course it would be my fault why I didn't get the job.

James from A-plan home improvements came to look at our guttering on a Sunday. He arrived promptly to do the work, and found that some of the felt under the guttering needed replacing, so he fixed that as well.
Great communication. I’ll definitely be getting him back to replace the guttering at the front of the house when the weather gets better!

We wanted a complete overhaul of our garden. The company did have a bad time of it with the rain but even given that fact they did not complete the work. There are only minor problems but even still we paid out a lot of money to them. The small patio has big gaps in it, the main patio has a gap going alongside the wall to the garden, the gardener said this was for water to escape but they laid gravel by the house wall for that, the pergola roof leaks and has softened the wood supporting it, a neighbours drain cover was broken by the skip hire lorry that they promised to replace, concrete stuck on the patio which was probably caused by the sealant being used before the flags were properly cleaned or walked on whilst the sealant was wet, not all fence posts were cut to level of fence which has upset another neighbour and when they first put up the fence they used screws but then went to use a staple gun which has caused some planks to split.. They have promised to come back time and again. They were going to do the front drive in July but then said September but we don't expect to see them.
