BEWARE..PLEASE READ..DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I was left stunned by this company. This is my 1st ever review in my life.

I ordered 2 x Light panels, as sending 1 was a problem. I should have taken this as a Reg flag and moved on.

I ordered anyway, because my room was getting done, and needed the lights for the builders.

After ordering the products, it took about a week to get. Things like that happen. Couriers can be difficult at times. Things get lost. I get it. Cool. No problem.

ledandpower.co.uk were great when I called. They even responded to my emails. No issues.

Anyway, the delay happened because they hadn't packed the item properly. Effectively the transformer fell out the box. Look at attached pictures.

I sent them an email, to ask for status. Yes it was a Friday, but, the work at my house didn't stop that weekend. Now panicking. I'm chasing for an alternative transformer.

Local business all rejected, saying it needs to be returned, and will not provide an alternative.

With this in mind, I bought a panel off the shelf and returned ledandpower.co.uk lights.

Here is when it gets odd.

They didn't like the fact that I returned the item, without confirmation. Frankly, my life doesn't revolve around your company. Had you sent a £400 item better packaged we would not have this issue.

They made excuses, about not having enough time. They even threatened partial refund. I sent them my customer rights, with a nice little link from the government website, explaining they are breaking the law by not giving my money back.

I can fill this entire box out with plenty more information. I don't have the time, and I will wait for ledpower.co.uk to respond to this review, and swipe through every rebuttal.

It's cost me £30 to return that item. But it will be worth it, if people see this review and opt to buy somewhere else.

We commissioned LED and Power to install LED lighting throughout the surgery and they've done an amazing job! Even with a few of the issues that happened up to 12 months after the install, Ian and Roy were very helpful and came out and resolved any issues promptly. We would recommend LED and Power to anyone looking to upgrade their lighting. Great Job! 🙂

I wanted to change the harsh strip lighting in my office to dimmable LED panels. After a quick phone call to go through the options, I had the exact panels I needed on order. The panels arrived within two days and were simple to install. I had a follow up request and the customer service was excellent yet again. Very happy to recommend.

Fantastic experience from contacting LED and Power through to the installation of the lights was absolutely seamless! We have also already noticed a significant reduction in our electricity bill from the old lighting in our offices. The staff have commented that lights have enhanced the overall working environment!
