One of the rudes person we had to deal with , asked about some parts told we where wrong , very the part was broken told we didn't need it, told he had to be somewhere, close to being pushed out of the door, very poor customer service.

What a shop! If this place doesn't have it the chances are you dont need it. Better then any chain tool company. Friendly and will to help every time I have visited and even gone out of the way to contact manufacturers to get questions asked. Very reasonably priced items and quality tools that work not cheap tools that don't last.
