Complete failure of service and unprofessionalism from Paul at LED Lights 4 You.

We were promised a lighting system that would improve illumination in the warehouse and save money through efficient sensor technology. Instead, what we received is a complete disaster. The lighting is uneven, considerably dimmer, and far worse than the original setup.

The sensors, which were marketed as energy-saving, stay on all night and fail to operate as intended. Their excuse? They claim it’s due to "pest activity." This is utterly baseless—our pest control reports are flawless, and we will submit all documentation, videos, and images in court to show how poorly the system functions and how inaccurate their claims are.

The project also included arrangements for new pallet racking, which will only make the warehouse even darker once installed. This crucial factor seems to have completely escaped them, despite it being fundamental to the scope of the project. For a company claiming to be "lighting experts," this level of oversight is beyond unacceptable.

Despite the failed project, poor planning, and inaccurate proposal, we offered to meet them halfway by covering equipment costs only for additional lighting and switches to ensure the system functions correctly. However, they remain stubborn, demanding an unwarranted service fee while completely ignoring their glaring mistakes and the incomplete state of the project.

To make matters worse, they have the audacity to continually harass us for overdue payments, even though the project is nowhere near completion and does not meet the terms we agreed upon. If they were truly "experts," as they claim, this entire debacle would never have occurred.

We are now escalating this matter to our solicitor and will pursue legal action to hold them accountable for their failure to deliver. This company is utterly unprofessional, incompetent, and a complete waste of time and money. Do not engage with them—stay far away.

As Packaging manufacturers we needed to improve the environment and reduce energy costs. LEDlights4you provided the most efficient LED High Bay Tubes which were actually 50% brighter than the 400W Metal Halides they replaced.

Great service from Paul and his team. They replaced our old "electric guzzling" lights with LED lights in our workshop. What a difference! They worked confidently around us, so that we could still work too. We had a problem with one of the lights the following week but Paul made a special trip straight away and replaced it with no quibbling.

I was looking to replace a very old, flickering warm white halogen in my dim office space. It took a very long time to actually function, even after switching it on and didn't provide me with anywhere near enough light that I needed to work. In fact, I was also using an LED desk lamp in conjunction, to try and boost the lighting, so I wasn't straining my eyesight. I contacted ledlights4you and a helpful team member suggested a replacement cool white, natural daylight, fitting. I was very impressed at how quickly it arrive. It's very compact and modern and now I have instant light when I need it and no eye strain. Apparently, the energy saving is 45%, but that doesn't take into account the additional cost of previously having to operate the desk lamp too. The pictures don't do it justice and we haven't gotten around to decorating around the new fitting.... I would highly recommend ledlights4you

I have used this company several times and they were amazing until things went wrong. tThey supplied the wrong colour led lighting for my salon and the lights did not match the rest of the supplied lights. We were told they would be replaced once stock arrived. 2 months later we were told that they would be with us soon.
I am disgusted that today they have been totally unprofessional, argue and told me I need to pay because they have to drive to Bristol again and i dont have the boxes. I have spent thousands of pounds on lighting from them and now they wont do any thing as they have changed their supplier. They then try to make me accept white frames and silver frames when the whole of the other fittings are in silver. This has delayed my salon make over.
They also used my card details for a second order with out my permission before they gave me the quote for the second set of lights.
A business based from their home with an unprofessional approach to business etiquette !
