Very professional. Very forthright. They presented a list of issues with the car and worked collaboratively with me to decide how to prioritize them, which to fix now and which could be deferred for a while. They also offered a set of tires to replace the ones I had on the car (and which needed replacing, but which I intended to do separately). The price was good and so we replaced them as well. Provided videos and photos documenting the issues so I could better understand the issues. Never felt pressured, they understood my constraints both financially and based on my driving amount. The work appears to be high quality. The issues that were fixed are gone. I’m very pleased and will continue to use their services.

Great place to get my Tesla repaired. They are great at communicating and the repairs themselves are great. I always appreciate how well they keep me informed of what is happening with a repair even if there are some sort of delays. The last time I had my car repaired here it took a while to find a replacement part due to a part shortage, but they were great about communicating with me and I knew what was going on the whole time. Their excellent communication helped me to know what was happening and get me through the whole process much easier

Some auto repair shops try to make as much money off you as they can but not Legacy, they really care about their service and want to make sure you're taken care of. I've worked with Chris the few times I've had issues with my car and he's always gone above and beyond to resolve the problem and without breaking the bank. I've always had a pleasant and professional experience with the team and highly recommend their service!

Highly satisfied with Legacy Automotive in Boulder. Was recommended by our old shop that closed down. They provide an email with a list of all the diagnostics including pictures with the price. Very helpful to have information presented this way. Easy to pick up vehicle after hours. Christian is very friendly and a good communicator. Highly recommend for easeful car repair.

Gave me a quote prior to starting the work. Quote was fair and the installation was done in less than 24 hours! Replaced my radiator, hoses and gave an inspection to my brakes for free. Will continue to use them in the future.

I had waited too long to get my front brakes replaced and suddenly the grinding/groaning noise got scary. On a Friday, after dropping my granddaughter at camp at 1:00, I called Legacy and they got me right in, were able to do the work by 5:00 and even gave me a loaner car for the interim. I was grateful and impressed. I will definitely be back!

Legacy Auto has always treated me great. They do fabulous work. Everyone is kind, knows what they are doing, & fair. I will never use anyone else. I asked that they look at the car, & change oil, & they did . I left a happy camper.
