Second time trying to leave this review, first one was removed! purchased two items knowing they would be delivered within four days next day received a phone call saying my item was with DPD my signal was bad and when I said I would collect it from there in five mins they started saying something about it going elsewhere. I received a photo of the parcel supposedly delivered with no indication as to where it was. I contacted the company four times to gain clarification and yet now response. Number dials out. absolutely awful website and customer service

Placed an order more than 2 weeks ago and had no tracking information or details regarding my order... tried contacting them by phone and email for the past week and had zero response. Really disappointed and hope that this will get someone from the company to get in touch and sort it out.

Terrible service. Placed an order and paid on 24/11/22. Had confirmation email and despatch email a day later...then nothing. Numerous emails and phone calls with no reply. Now there is a note on their website that their phonelines are down!
What's especially worrying is the fact that those phone numbers are the same ones as for warranty enquiries.
