Booked bike in 19\06 for some work on gears. Handed in 10.06am. Received text 16:39 saying bike was ready for collection. Great turnaround. Great communication. Paid invoice without fuss. All-in-all a great experience.

I cannot commend this bike shop enough. I had a complicated situation with a key broken inside an electric bike battery unit. Not only did they successfully remove it despite the obvious complications the staff went out of their way in their own time to find solutions. This was well beyond the call of duty and reflects impressively on the competence and real commitment of the team of mechanics. I've had now three visits to resolve mechanical issues on several bikes and each time the service has been outstanding. I am really grateful for the brilliant service at Lesley bikes.

Squeezed me in today at late notice just before the shop closed (whilst it was busy) to help fix the rear tyre on my bike. Not an easy task due to the type of bike it is but his expertise and skill got the job done. Really nice guy aswell. Will definitely be back for future work/bike purchases!

A family business ran extremely well. Bought two bikes this year and the service and advice is always second to none. A 6 hour round trip to get there but worth every mile! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Nothing is too much trouble and the workmanship and care is excellent. I would recommend Bryan and his team to anyone. If you are thinking of buying a bike go and speak to Leslie Bike Shop first! 5*****!
