We were recommended Lewingtons by the previous owner of our house so we decided it would be a good idea to keep the continuity. We were very pleased that the engineer who came yesterday actually serviced the boiler since it was put in. Tim was really great, so lovely and he tweaked our system and explained loads of things we didn't know about, thanks Tim. Our system now seems to be working so much better. A stress free experience from quotation visit to completion. Two very competent and hard working chaps were with us for 3 days and did an excellent job. Friendly without being over chatty, highly skilled and tidy, they made good beyond our expectations. The price quoted was significantly lower than other quotes. Lewington removed our gas boiler etc. and installed an Air Source Heat Pump, new cylinder, radiator and associated pipe work and electrics. Incredibly efficient, professional and super-clean work and a great experience end to end!! Darren was superb through. 100% recommended.

Rob from Lewington’s carried out an annual service on our combi boiler, he was prompt, efficient, friendly, clean and tidy. The service was a very reasonable price and so would thoroughly recommend Lewington’s every time!

Thanks for providing an excellent service all round this morning. We got lucky with a cancelled appointment, but the initial phone call was dealt with very professionally & efficiently. Then the two engineers turned up within the hour, were very friendly, clean & tidy in their approach, explained what they were doing & got our boiler going again. Will definitely use again & would be happy to recommend!

Arrogant driver parking partially across driveways. Not a word of apology, just a cocky response. The office team were apologetic, however, it was the driver/engineer who was rude.
