I came to this Leyland almost three weeks ago when I started renovating my apartment. I had a sample of the colour I wanted but the Leyland in Shoreditch was charging a fortune for it. Someone recommended this location and I’m so glad they did! Mo was incredibly helpful, he took the time to understand my budget and worked around it, mixing the colours for me with a very impressive machine. He also explained all the different finishing styles based on the paint, which was really insightful. The service was professional, friendly and welcoming. On top of that, Mo helped me pick up some extra tools I needed, like a sponge for washing walls, making the whole process much easier. Thank you so much! I’ll definitely be coming back here for all my future DIY needs.

Went into the store to buy acrylic perspex sheets and none of the sheets had the protective layering covering all the sheet. I decided to buy 1800mm by 600mm and couldn't use most of it because the sheet had too many marks and stains on it.

Went to the London Bridge store and was greeted by Mal , he was super helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and I came away feeling confident in what I had to do with the products he had help me choose . Thankyou Mal your a delight 😁

Good decorating shop, young lad who mixed my paint was very helpful, helped me carry stuff out to the van. Shop is well organised with a good variety of products and at very reasonable prices. Parking is a bit iffy, red route all the way, but do have a couple of bays outside the shop where you can load up.

I had a terrible experience with the manager, Garry. He was very rude and unhelpful. I had a screw in my hand to show as an example and asked for assistance. His response was, “I don’t even know what this is.”

It’s shocking that a manager in a hardware store doesn’t recognize basic tools or parts—clearly, he’s in the wrong job. To make matters worse, the staff around him started laughing, which was humiliating.

This is not the kind of environment I’d expect in a store open to the public.
Very unprofessional and disappointing.
