Had Ben install our heat pump in a 5 bedroom detached large house. He saved us money on sourcing the cheapest radiators for the look we liked (needed to upgrade 60% of our radistors) and installation was easy ( we were having a loft conversion), and had underfloor heating in our kitchen. I can highly recommend LGS Plumbing and Heating in Hove. I invited them for a heat pump quote. Ben, the director went the extra mile in order to explain ever question and concern I had (there is a lot of incorrect information out there and I had a lot). He took a lot of time and effort to calculate and design the best system for our needs with great in-depth knowledge. 
Jon and colleagues installed the system with care and attention to detail - a pleasure to look at.
We haven’t had prolonged need for heating yet, but the domestic water supply works like a breeze. I am certain that we will achieve a high annual COP

I had my Vaillant Heatpump fitted by LGS Heat Pumps a little over a month ago now and can highly recommend them.

House has been warm and have had as much hot water as I need for the last month, with a decent cost saving compared to a what a new gas boiler. (about 10% assuming SVT prices).

Piping and Electrical work was all done neatly, installers were very considerate of my home, everything was neatly each night, with care taken to minimise any time without hot water / heating.
