No wonder nobody wants to drive trucks anymore, what an absolute shower at this place, it’s a shame that the people who introduce these systems of booking in don’t have to use them there selves, good job it never rains here in the uk. Being doing this job now for 35 years now, and this place really does want to make me consider my future in this industry.

Goods in let this place down.
Allocated to bay and unloaded with no issues , then long wait of three hours for Lidl personnel to check goods and return paperwork. Go paperless if you can't handle it.

Delivery took me 30 minutes 25 pallets self tip but collecting the paperwork was mission took 3 hours. Slowest place ever bin in terms of paperwork

Usual self tip, not very much room when it gets busy.

If you finish tipping quickly, hoping to go asap, think again.
Be prepared for loooooooooonggggg wait for paperwork.

Waiting for paper work almost 2 1/2 hrs…. I had asked the office and ended up leaving anyways for my final drop. They will leave paperwork on the files on desk, if you ever want go back and pick up.

PRIMAFRIGO as usual doing trailer swops nothing to do with Lidl but they use their parking for breaks and trailer swops. Parking is very full tonight and this clompet does that and not even a lidl load. Two spaces screwed.

Well, this is my first time here, and I had an awesome experience. I don't know why there are such bad reviews. The staff from Goods in, to the warehouse staff were lovely and helpful, if you're a grumpy old git they're not going to be welcoming are they? Also If every driver puts their pallet truck on charge before they leave then there is no reason for others to moan. Your ya own worse enemy sometimes. MOANING FOR MOANING SAKE. Well done, PET RDC
