I love where i live, but my building is without any washers or dryers, and doesn’t allow us to install anything in-unit. Recently, i became so allergic to fragrances, etc. that if I went to the laundromat and the person who used a machine before me overdid it at all with their detergent/dryer sheets, i could still get a reaction. Desperate, and out of options other than moving, i tried Life Without Laundry’s mobile pickup service, with a note about needing fragrance-free detergent and an assurance from Alex that they sanitize the machines after each use. This has been the first few weeks in MONTHS i haven’t suffered from any skin reactions. Life Without Laundry has literally been a lifesaver

I’ve been using Life Without Laundry since the pandemic. I can honestly say it’s the best thing I’ve ever done.! Their work is flawless, pick up and deliver are smooth s silk and the whole thing just saves me so much time. It’s a bit pricey, but totally worth the savings in time. It’s a great service and a wonderful company. Customer service is great and the owner, Alex, trades a personal interest in making sure that you have a five star experience every time.

I love Life Without Laundry

The washers and dryers in our building a horrible… There’s dryers in our building a horrible, and I don’t have the time and energy anymore to do laundry.

I started using Life Without Laundry along while ago about two years and they have been amazing. The communication is great. The couriers are the nicest they always get laundry done and all folded and ready to be worn again and if there’s any issues or any changes, you can text the owner directly, which is amazing , I would recommend this service. There are service, especially in bigger cities, but this one is very much personalized and great.

I started using Life Without Laundry about two years ago, maybe a little bit longer. I don’t mind washing and drying clothes… It’s the folding that I hate. And I have two little children so I especially dislike folding all their little clothes because they have SO MANY CLOTHES and it feels endless. Life Without Laundry is really my form of self-care. I just dump everything in a bag and it comes back smelling good and folded so nicely. It’s one less chore to do and worth every dollar!

This is a revised review, I am bottom of the middle class and sent in a load yesterday, one filled laundry basket, no Bedding, Wash/Dry and Fold only and was just over $100, last job slightly less. Again, they are spectacular, but better suited for the Affluent, sure it's up to their standards, both time and quality wise, but cost is too much for me at this point.

To repeat from last review; I have not found a better service, pickup and delivery people you'd think are family, lovely people and they picked up and dropped off when they said they would. Clothes were washed and dried correctly, no shrinkage, no lost items.

Lastly, they actually have an email and phone number that people answer promptly. They are very busy, which I am not surprised, but they still took the time to address my concerns before I used their services.
