Absolutely disgusting service by the bald guy !! Making me feel intimidated and very uncomfortable !! I’m not a tradesman just wanted some lights but the guy was a joke !! Can’t be bothered to help attitude and the guy with the hat just as bad , he wasn’t even serving me and all I can hear is well that’s wa yeh asked fur!! Erm noones chatting to you mate !! Get your staff trained to respect and help people or if they don’t want to be in this job tell them goodbye !! They’re clearly bringing your business down

Very poor customer service. You have to feel guilty for asking something, and the employee has to take extra steps to take another product. There is a feeling that employees are not competent in their work. I definitely don't recommend shopping in the Edinburgh department.

Always the best for prices on electrical products and advice!! Staff are very knowledgeable and always so helpful. Highly recommended and I will always go here for trade prices for any electrical supplies.
It’s a busy street, but never had any problems for parking.

Even zero star is too much for them. They have very poor customer services. I was waiting 2weeks for delivery and eventually gave me date. I called a guy to come and fixed my panels, no body called me or come till afternoon and when I phoned them they said "our driver is sick". I paid the guy for nothing. So do not trust them, they can not keep their promises and do not care about their costumers. I regret to shopping from them.

Fab place. Josh, Jim Robert wee Chris and deek as well as the only guy in the world who doesn't like Bob marley.all good guys. Everything electrical. Guaranteed they have it. Great place. LGBTQ and Q+. Friendly.
