Six years ago I leased my rooftop solar installation to Lightsource. I have had a couple of problems since the lease started and the first of these was dfealt with but it took some time before an engineer came to my property to fix it. The second problem has been in place for perhaps four years now. Again, it took some time for an engineer to come and he ould not deal with the problem. He then disconnected half of the system and left after telling me that someone would contact to fix the problem he had discovered. Some weks/months passed without being contacted. I contacted Lightsource and was told I would hear soon. Then along came Covid. Nothing has taken place since then. I contacted them again on Monday September 5 this week and my details were taken and I was told again that I would be contacted. No contact yet, not even an acknowledgement of my problem. This company, as vast and powerful as it is doesn't look after the small individual if my experience is anything to go by. Don't be fooled by the big company, they are not interested in little me or possibly any other individual in my position. Disgusted with the service they provide.
