I ordered two packs of fenugreek caps on 5th January still waiting for capsules quick delivery it said should have gone to a different company they are rubbish.

The products are good at a reasonable price. I don't however recommend their subscription service as it's unreliable. I've twice had a subscription item cancelled at the point it was due because they said it was out of stock. When I asked what was going to happen they said it was a refund and then I'd have to wait for my item til the next time it was due. It makes their subscription service fairly pointless as I have to go elsewhere to source what should have been delivered.

I have been a customer a few times now and can give a frank and honest opinion about them. The quality of product is 5-star, the range on offer is fantastic and everything is so well priced, there's no sorry of 'breaking the bank'. If that's not enough, the longest I've had to wait for delivery is 48hrs but it's usually on my doorstep 24hrs after ordering.
It's win, win, win with Lindens, so I would-heartedly recommend them.

Very unimpressed with their probiotics, obviously fake or not alive. Contacted their customer support, received an email immediately and then ignored after the concern was raised.

I will be reporting them to the consumer rights group, and I appeal to any further persons considering custom here, to think again and shop elsewhere.

I will be purchasing vitamin c elsewhere. In case you're wondering why, it's because I don't appreciate companies that do not provide a telephone number for customer service. I had an enquiry which I wished to speak to someone about. And I'm not completing their email demand.
