This shop is a real boon to Linlithgow High Street. Always really friendly, helpful service and a joy to chat to them. Great value key cutting and recently replaced a battery in my watch for an extremely reasonable price. They sell EVERYTHING, too, and at affordable prices.

Personal service, able to give advice, helpful, warm and friendly. I had an issue with a garden tap which had burst, leaked and needed repaired. I asked their advise and they effectively repaired it on the counter in front of me - explaining as they went. Genuinely it is exactly the opposite of you get in the huge DIY stores. Might feel a bit old school - but part of the social community fabric and able to pass on skills. Fantastic experience, support them ahead of the larger less personal stores

What a fantastic shop with superb service! Was recommended by my husband and visited for the first time today to buy an “obscure” light bulb. Can’t fault the service and knowledge of the staff/owner. Good luck to Callum on his first day xx
