We had a stove fitted in May and we couldn’t be happier. The service and care was absolutely outstanding and you really do feel like your job is unique to suit your own needs. Communication was excellent all the way through and they just went the extra mile to be as helpful as possible. We also found them much better value for money than competitors nearby so an extra bonus. We are over the moon with our stove and would recommend these guys in a heartbeat! From our first visit to the Showroom on Linlithgow High Street, David, Carol and their team instilled us with confidence. The shop has a good range of stoves on display but many more can be sourced to meet any specific requirements you may have. Dave and Carol both came to our new house to survey the job and proved to be very knowledgeable in terms of the products themselves, the building/brickwork required and the whole installation process.
The job was completed in two days with minimal mess, with a smile and with a can-do attitude. All waste materials were also taken away for disposal.
Our stove has now been up and running for about a month and I must say we could not be happier. It looks fantastic and its function is absolutely what we needed it to be. Our bigg(ish) living room is very comfortably warm even on the coldest nights.
(... and all this at a significantly more affordable price than the other suppliers who quoted us.)

I would not for a second hesitate to recommend Linlithgow Stoves.

Everything about our experience with Linlithgow / Hasties stoves has been perfect. They're extremely busy right now so a little patience may be required. But despite this they are brilliant and do a fantastic job.
Installed our Chilli Penguin stove, Chilli Penguin heatshields with a lovely hearth and did the flue as well. The quote was really thorough and a really decent price all in. Couldn't ask for more.
Worth also mentioning everyone I've dealt with here who were all fantastic. The installers (David and Dougie) were extremely polite and cortious, they even made sure to keep us updated on what bit was being installed. They even helped giving us some extra bits to colour match with the heatshields! Carol who dealt with everything else was always very informative and helpful.
If you need a stove and you're in the area you needn't go anywhere else.

I booked a service 2 and a half months ago, all fine. A few weeks ago they called to push it back two weeks, no bother. They call on Saturday to confirm the time - great! Monday morning, day of the service, I get a call to say they can't do it, they can't get to my area. It is ridiculous this was not picked up at any stage, just unprofessional.

My advice would be to triple check all details.

I would highly recommend Hasties in Linlithgow the staff were so helpful when we got our installation date Davie and Doug were fantastic put dust sheets all around the house was installed within a day . Don’t go anywhere else these guys have customer service down to a t.

I rang this company to have a service done on my multi fuel burner. The person who answered the call said they were booked until March. I understand this but when I explained I was nearly 70 years old and have medical problems and no other form of heating or hot water she wouldn’t listen. When I asked if she could recommend any other companies who could help she refused. I think this person should be sent on a customer service training course.

Can't speak highly enough of the job Linlithgow Stoves done with our installation. From the moment they arrived Davie and Dougie were friendly and professional throughout and done a cracking job of our stove. We were offered great advice as well in the store on stove types, mantles and hearths. All in all wonderful service from start to finish and to say that we are delighted with the end product is an understatement. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service. Very helpful in all aspects of a stove project.

Dave and Carol were exceptional when we bought our new log burner this year. All questions answered and all problems with blocked chimney and installing burner were overcome with ease by Dave and Dougie.

If you are looking for a log burner, this is the go to place. Very experienced and a pleasure to deal with. And prices were well within our expected budget.

Dave and Dougie are meticulous with installation and keeping house and contents covered.
Carol and the two girls in the shop answered our questions no matter how small or stupid the questions were.

First class and will get my fuel there now as well. And chimney will be swept by Dave and Dougie annually.
