First time that I have used Lisburn fuels January 2025. Ordered 700 litres at excellent price and was delivered within the specified time( even though there was a very cold snap with snow ice etc in our area). Driver sent a text informing me it had been delivered--- first time this has happened with any supplier, great idea. Very happy and can thoroughly recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys👍👍👍

Price online was a fair bit lower than my normal company. Ordered via phone on Wednesday, and told delivery would be on Friday. Even knocked another couple of quid off the online price.
Delivered on Friday as stated, all good. Great service, thanks.

Ordered oil Monday morning. Told it would be delivered
Thursday. Still not arrived 4.00 pm Friday. Contacted supplier whose excuse was they had a
driver off sick and no relief drivers available.
No phone call from them to let me know

Keen price for 400 litre but if you go for 900 litres plus, not as competitive as some other local companies, but Lisburn fuels are very good on delivery and keep you well informed when your oil will arrive. Recommended and we have ordered from them a lot during 2020 to 2022.

Very Very Very Very slow with deliveries. 9 DAYS. Have not used any other company that has taken over a week That said you can opt to get orders delivered in a reasonable time as long as your prepared to get fleeced. So you might think your getting a saving but your not really if your having to pay more to get the oil delivered in a reasonable time. So I will be avoiding this company in the future. And I hope my post is valuable to those who do not want to be kept waiting for so long

This was my first experience of Lisburn Fuels. All 100%. Friendly courteous and efficient staff. Placed order yesterday Tuesday 19th July 2022 9.00 am and as promised was duly delivered today at 11.45am. Not only was service great but prices were competitive. Will definitely be using again and recommending to my friends. Thank you.

There was a bit of delay, due to demand on the market, but that's okay, in overall easy pay system through the website, quick response over the email and phone.
Got my oil, and receipt pushed through the letterbox.

I gave this one star for the oil itself as it works. It goes downhill from there. Rang on Wed 29th. Lady asked me to ring to confirm delivery which I did. Confirmed for next after noon. By Saturday I had to ring. Jeff had no idea why I'd been told next day but stated Monday4th. Never happened. Eventually delivered on Wed 6th. This company is best avoided. Poor customer care and service.
