I ordered some healthy start vitamins for my daughter. I accidentally ordered one instead of the 3 I was hoping to order. I emailed customer services as soon as the order had gone through so I could amend my order. I also tried to telephone the number listed on the website multiple times without a response. Poor customer service.

I ordered a small tube of dental gel but the package I received was way too big for such a small product.When I opened it there was nothing in it except a load of protective wrapping. I explained this and attached photos in an email. This was ignored as were the many phone messages I left because no-one answers the phone. I was eventually contacted, effectively told I was a liar and nonsensically told I would need to contact the police(!) and Royal Mail about the 'missing package'. PayPal issued an immediate refund when I informed them.

I ordered the hay-fever medication in 4/2024 (30 each package take one each day) I ordered 10 packages, when I received it they are all expired 09/2024, called customer service she agreed exchange for me but refused send me the return label. Received new one weeks later but they have given me the different ones which I bought. That's not the one want.

The service we have received from this Company since we transferred to them has been outstanding. Every time I ring with a query they answer my questions with knowledge and understanding. The young man named Jamie who delivers our prescriptions is brilliant. He is very pleasant and goes out of his way to help. Cannot fault the service and would recommend to everyone.

Prescriptions are processed and delivered promptly, even same day of urgent. They are always friendly and professional when I order or have queries.
