Updated original review . We had the misfortune of having this company enter our home just weeks after we moved in we asked the contractors NOT to move anything as we had just moved in and everything was still boxed . Ask and we will get it moved but they choose to ignore this and treat our u decorated home like a YTS training scheme for clowns . This is a company that allows contractors that they send to your home to damage your possessions and to physically break a bed frame and chip and damage the paintwork. And then joke about it when you tell them . They then expect you to sleep on the broken bed that is now held to get her with extra long screws that were forced into the frame by their contractor and now protrude out the sides and you have to hope movement does not make it collapse . They have spent 2 and a half months now avoiding paying for the damage frame and giving excuses for delays ,
This is not a struggling business because it turns out the owners of livgreen ,Livgreen futures ltd also run ,own Ventro ltd,
Firntec holdings Ltd ,
Aquilam Froup Ltd .
I bet none of the above directors/owners have to sleep on a broken bed frame hoping that it does not give way or accept a company sending people into their homes breaking their possesions .
This individual not only broke our bed ,he stripped all our bedding off of it then trampled all over the bedding and dragged a previously extremely clean mattress across a floor to block the entrance to our bedroom to try and keep us out of our bedroom trying to conceal what he had done .
We have spoke with the site mangers and the so called consultants at the company and even sent an email to the owners/ directors of Livgreen Ltd

No one should have to continuously chase a company for payment the way we have been made to .
This quality of work is dismal and the contractors they’re have behaved like disrespectful petulant children .

Useless from what I have so far experienced. Make appointments and then don't bother to turn up .When you call them multiple times because the promised return phone call never happens they then claim everyone is in a meeting .
Recommend them ? No I certainly won't quality of work if it ever happens will give an update on how professional that part is

Over 2mths ago scaffolding went up for solar panels to be fitted. It took at least 6wks before these were done as Livgreen kept coming up with excuses to cancel the work. In the end I told them to cancel the whole thing and come and take the scaffolding down...lo and behold the part that was holding them up materialised and they came that afternoon. Solar panels up but now I'm sat waiting for electricians that were promised to arrive. I've had to cancel work to wait in today so I'm not a happy bunny! ....and brewery springs to mind!!I didn't want to put a star but I can't post without it...

An update to the above...electricians turned up about 3.30pm as they had been on another job. They rang their office as they said they wouldn't get it finished but were told to stop and finish it (I delayed work as I'm a carer). 8.30pm job still not complete and they had to leave, wrong size copper wiring for fuse box and smoke test to be done ( told Livgreen and passed details, then next time I spoke to them they said there was no further work to be done) What concerns me is the electrician said there was 20mins work left, if its got the wrong size copper wiring is this a health and safety issue
On top of that, when the electrician installed the extractor fan in the bathroom, he managed to drill 3ft away from the original straight through one of the tiles! Unbelievable!!!
Loft insulation was organised for 21st March but guess what?, they never turned up! No phone call no nothing....total waste of yet another afternoon!
The only bit of good news is that the scaffolding has been removed today after being up nearly 3mths!

To say I'm not a 100% happy with Liv Green would be an understatement! It has been a complete shambles from the start for example:-  workmen not turning up on days I was told they were coming and turning up on random dates and informing me that they were scheduled to arrive on the day that they had, I must have wasted 4 days altogether waiting in just for no-one to show up. Work was scheduled to take a week but lasted much longer.  I was left with no heating for all but 2 weeks, not good at this time of year and when I have a health condition exacerbated by being cold and a heart condition.  The workmanship at times has been shoddy to say the least, especially the bathroom which is appalling, holes left in the walls, some holes filled in a fashion left to be desired!

Cavity wall insulation was removed on the 27th January! Last I heard they were hopefully going to come last Wednesday but again nothing. Bit pointless having this swanky system installed when there is no cavity wall insulation to help retain the heat in the property!

Still waiting on a 'missing part' to be installed was told it would be the 12th Feb - again nothing!

Have phoned numerous times and left messages and texts none of which have been answered.

Totally fed up now, if only there was an option to give 0 stars! I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Have had scaffolding up for over 3 months now! Solar panels were booked in, no one turned up, 4 weeks later they were installed! Cavity walls was done over 2 days all old stuff removed and over a week later new stuff put in, again not on date booked in for! Today ment to be here to sort new loft installation, oh guess what no one has turned up, not answering any phones, complete waste of my time

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Absolutely useless company! No organisational or communication skills. Over 2 months later and they still haven't finished the work at our house. They ignore texts and emails. We had nothing but problems with them. The workmanship is poor and when you point it out you get called a liar unless you send pictures. I could list the problems but it would take up too much space! They have absolutely no respect for you or your property. Other areas might be ok but if you get Martin I would recommend using someone else as he couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery!

Update: I have tried to ring the number several times and no one answers! Just proves what I am saying. Useless company. Cannot get an answer from any phone number you ring and they don't answer their emails. They've sent a plumber round unannounced for a job that didn't need doing yet I can't get them to answer to book in the work that does need finishing!

Absolute cowboys. Had scaffolding up for four months to install solar panels! So so many mistakes made along the way that prolonged the job. The boys that work for this company have zero knowledge or experience in the trade. DO NOT USE

Well mixed feelings on these guys. On the 1st day it wasn't good at all, lack of communication between livgreen and contractors and no respect for us and our property, but after a strictly worded phonecall to their office it turned itself around and I did get the work done. The aftercare isn't good. After 1 week of starting the job and it being completed, I still have the old storage heaters dumped on my driveway along with 2 large unused solar tracks. Several texts and phonecalls to get it all moved and we are just being fobbed off and messed about. Scaffolding is still in situ aswell. The sub contractors are who I feel sorry for as they also say livgreen are not the best. The electricians had to put right the mess the plumbers have left in my attic. They had ripped up the new insulation and just left it so the electrician told me he had put it all back as it should be. Tbh I doubt I would actually have these in my property again

I would recommend Livgreen. They are kind, courteous, but best of all is my electricity bill has decreased by a large amout due to the solar panels, and the air source heat pump sysrem works perfectly. the house is always at the right temperature
