We used Lofty Ladders for loft boarding and the installation of a ladder. From quote through to install they were professional, reliable and more than helpful. At quote we were offered plenty of options, price breaks, and advice and on the day of install the team were on time, friendly and kept the areas clean and tidy throughout.

The standard of build is excellent and we are so happy to be able to use our loft space on a surface that will last and above all be secure.

Totally amazing experience from initial quotation and review of which ladder would be best suitable to fitting.New hatch door and ladder fitted by Tom, very friendly, professional and courteous, no mess, and gave us a couple of run throughs on how to use. Would highly recommend, and we are planning to have our loft insulated and boarded

Rob and Tom attended my home (some 20 plus miles away) to provide a professional assessment on condensation within my roof space. They spent a fair time and gave me their opinion on how to resolve the problem without any work from them being necessary at this time. They declined any payment and asked that I make a donation to charity. Thus company put two loft ladders up for me some years ago; hence I would use them again.
I was very grateful for their honesty and expert advice.

Had Lofty Ladders install a loft ladder 🪜 today in my bungalow in Greatstone. Tom who installed the ladder was polite and professional and explained the installation to me prior to start. On completion, he demonstrated how to use the ladder 🪜 and ensured I was 100% happy with the installation before departure. I would recommend this company if you require a loft ladder.👍
