Logs were delivered on the date specified. delivery man was polite and helpful. Quality of logs ok, will see how good once we have a fire but having unpacked the double crate , 800kg, i am happy with the wood received. Easy and reliable service in first order.

Unhelpful and rude

They advertise a 'curbside delivery' and that's exactly what you'll get. Total jobsworths. The rude and surly delivery guy refused to move it 2 inches into my front garden in case something got broken. He also refused to take the palette away stating that 'we charge extra for that'. Unhelpful to the extreme.

I ordered log form this company and I paid £545 for 90 packs of 10-12 kg (average 11Kg)Ash wood (logs)

I received them on 19/12/2023 as;
81 packs
Each pack on average 9Kg

I should received 1000 kg but I received only 730kg , about 30% less

Do not trust to thier advert , it is misleading

As my experience, I will not buy logs from this company and I recommend you do not buy either

Absolute con, ordered an extra large crate of oak & received a crate of "mixed/eco" crate was labeled as such, but apparently during their "quality control" the pickers just pick the nearest label to them & attach it to your crate, so apparently that means my crate was all oak even though its labelled "mixed/eco" & as requested i supplied pictures of 2 completely different logs to confirm this? Refused to refund the difference so definitely will not use again.

We have up to now had 4 orders with this company, and have had only one concern, but this was the delivery service, not the wood , which is good quality. After we rang up, it was explained that the delivery guy can only get it as near as possible, without endangering him or you.
We have to wheelbarrow ours through a narrow alley to our back, and a double crate only takes us about an hour and a half. There are only 2 women live here, I'm 75 and manage my share quite well!!
We will be ordering again soon to stock up for the year ahead.

Unable or unwilling to follow simple delivery instructions, I have had to hire a fork lift truck so that I can move the pallet and open my garage door!!!!! DO NOT USE these charlatans! They have now accused (falsely) all three of my family of abusing their staff!! So to add to their incompetence they now add lying about their customers!!!

Some great advice on the website, usually they deliver but you can call for the net bags if you want to try different woods out. Cash sales when collecting.
