How great can one's experience at a mobile carrier branch be? I'm satisfied with the place because I got what I needed done, but when you're trying to cut costs and get a more affordable plan, they always try and push some more expensive plan (?) on you by telling you that you would pay X less than if you were to sign up for this more expensive plan some other way.
"I see you don't want 3GB of data anymore and are looking to downsize to 1GB; could I interest you in FIVE GB of data (and 150 minutes you'll never use) for only R$70 more?"
Protip: if you need to get your plan changed, have a valid photo ID and go on the date that your plan-cycle ends (before data plan and minutes are refreshed; this is not the day your bill expires) so that you won't a) have to make two trips and b) won't have to pay two odd bills because you swapped plans on literally any other day besides your plan-cycle end date.

I went there ten days ago asking about the process to cancel my cable TV and ISP. They told me it was easy, fast and immediate.
When I got there to cancel it the problems started to pop up. To make a long story short I have to wait until November 26th (that's more than a month) to receive the final invoice and it. Come on. More than a month for a big, resourceful company to calculate a 4 day bill. It's unacceptable. Thanks God I'm leaving.
