No issues really. Very simple to arrange, very responsive and quick to get back to me. I accompanied the assessor who was a pleasure to spend time with quite frankly. Reports were uploaded quickly and on the whole were accurate. Possibly a couple where the square metre stated was not quite right but thats probably a computer alga-rhythm thing. Thank you.

Andrew is an expert on fire safety. His first priority is the safety of the people in the property, and also of course compliance with the regulation. He help guide me through the work required during a renovation so that the standard was met for a shared HMO so that the FRA report after the remedial works were done was satisfactory. I would use Andrew again for any fire risk assessment or guidance as this is a complex area.
