This place isn’t cheap buying stuff you may as well have it delivered online, the customer service is abysmal for collections, if you have something to sell them don’t bother because they try and rob you. All smiles selling you their overpriced appliances and you may as well give it to charity for free rather than try and sell them anything. Keith literally says ok deal agrees a price then turns up with no money and tries to collect your stuff for free, I’ve never experienced anything like it. They must be collecting all these second hand things off vulnerable people and basically stealing them at the doorstep the way they operate. If you currently shop at lords please stop because behind the scenes they are not very nice or decent people.

Don’t go here expecting a big glitzy store with fancy fittings and bright lights. Do go here if you want to hunt the odd bargain, grab pet feed in bulk, grab local cakes and generally peruse like the days of old. Kinda like the old fashion grocers and hardware shop you used to find on the corner in most villages and towns.......but bigger.......way bigger. The sort of place where what you see is what you get. I gave this five stars because it is not pretentious and what you see is what you get.

Want to thank the young man on electrical's department. He was so welcoming and so polite toward me and my mum. As we brought a new condensed dryer and he was so kind and he delivered it in to my kitchen and tool my old one away so pleased with the delivery. Thankyou again. And I highly recommend lord brothers for electrical appliances. Xx

Just visited Lords in Mablethorpe for the first time, purchased a new TV, l was served by Andy, Great service, lt is difficult these days to find such excellent customer service , ultimately that will be the reason l will shop again at Lords.

Brilliant place for all your needs. Variety of stock items is unrivaled and prices can't be beaten. Owner Keith is brilliant and will go out of his way to help if you need something. I'm not sure what they do with the huge collection of fridges, cookers and washing machines out the back of the shop but it's very handy if you need an obscure spare part that can't be bought anywhere else.
