I have a mixed view of this company. They sorted out our energy contracts for our two businesses very well and saved us money. Yesterday I was checking broadband and telephone deals online, next thing I get a call from Rachel from Love Energy, firing questions at me and telling me I've got to do this and that. She gave me a quote for one of my businesses, I called my current supplier, renegotiate a contract for both businesses who matched her quote. When she called me back the following day, I told her what I'd done and she really didn't like that ! Put the phone down on me when I tried to thank her for her help. You are dealing with business owners, not the general public,we get the best deal for our businesses and this person's attitude is not helping Love Energy at all. She called me I didn't call them and then gets the hump when she doesn't hear what she wants to hear !

Had a terrible experience with Love Energy regarding water contracts. Tried querying the contract during the cooling off period however did not receive a response until after the cooling off period had elapsed, advising me to contact the utility provider directly to resolve, and that there would be termination fees. Luckily it was only on a small amount of the meters however I would not recommend them if you are looking to obtain a saving.

The first time I have used one of these companies since I had an appalling experience with Bionic.

My experience with Rebekah Vipond for electric and Alex Richards (water) was professional and a great experience.

I've saved money and ended up using them for 3 properties for water and 2 for electric.

I was almost taken a fool by this company. A contract was signed by someone who had no right to do so and they refused to cancel the contract and said anyone can sign a contract for me and make choices so I had to honour the contract The suppliers that were 'sold' were also terrible companies with 1star ratings. I was told that they could not cancel but would let the companies know and we might face cancellation fees, so we went to the suppliers directly whom said no one had contacted them. The suppliers were impossible to get through but with much pain I managed to cancel the contracts.

Love Energy are liars, not helpful and only care about commission. My current supplier was very helpful and luckily the love energy contract was void and there were no fees.

I suggest going to energy suppliers directly and avoid any brokers.

Unbelievable,
I have agreed to sign a new contract throughout them, in the beginning very friendly when start serious negotiations, a start a bit dishonesty.
Ie in the beginning broadband contracts was no extra cost. Then said if full fibre our area it will be upgrade for no extra cost , while all this promise. I felt ok to go ahead, but then I questioned contract lent he told 5 years!
A bit disinformation they should question in the beginning, then he said full fibre can cost extra!!
Then new hand set demanded will costs £65 .
How can you not know all this in the beginning. Where is your transparency very is your honesty.
Overall very disappointing try to save £2 per month all hastle not worth it. A specialty this type of business shouldn’t be allowed to trade

Got cold called today. Still in contract with energy so they said they would look at water instead. Told them my current rates. Said they would be cheaper. Sent though a doc u sign to sign letter of authority. No contract agreement so I requested to see the contract before I signed anything. They sent me someone else's contract with all of the details of another company on it. I queried this and they had made a mistake. Sent me the correct contract and it was still more than what I am currently paying. Completely wasted my time today and sent me the details of a another business. Names, address, phone number, email. Very poor.. Be careful what you sign before you get trapped into a deal worse than you are currently on and potentially have your personal and business information shared without your knowledge or approval.
