We moved into this house and knew that the boiler would eventually need doing so we asked around for recommendations. John's name came up so I gave him a call. He came later that day and spent a good 45 minutes going through what options I had and explained the choices I had. He sent a quote later that day with my requirements.
Today he installed the boiler along with a guy called Sam and another helper. They grafted right from the start arriving before 8.30. I was worried before because its a big change to the house but I didn't need to at all. Its such a professional job. The pipes look so neat. The boiler is brill with a 10 year warranty. They cleaned everything up and all of the job was done in the same day. Really impressed and happy with the work and I would definitely recommend him to anybody. Thanks

We had issues getting all of the radiators warm in the house. John came and looked at the system and recommended a chemical clean and power flush. He explained what he was doing throughout and ensured that the job covered all potential problems, even replacing some blocked pipes with new.

I would highly recommend John to do the work. He is a very knowledgable, conscientious and hardworking guy who did a fantastic job to get our house warm throughout. His housekeeping was also first class, with no mess to clean up after he had finished.

I first had John come out when one of my radiators were leaking and despite it being a very busy time of year and me not being an existing customer he was willing to pop round between jobs he had on. He fixed my radiator within 10 minutes and was so friendly and could just tell he was a genuinely nice bloke. So when my boiler broke it was a no brainer to get John on the job. Again he came out pretty much straight away to see what the problem was and came back with quotes within a day.
He removed my old system and put in a great new boiler and even created me storage space in the cupboard!
If you want someone you can trust and rely on then I Can't recommend this company enough.

Love Your Plumber John and Si Cooke on gas installed our new Ideal Vogue max 32 combi boiler with smart thermostat earlier this week to replace a 37 yr old Baxi boiler. I have to say what a fantastic top quality job they have done. Taking out the old boiler from downstairs and tanks from the loft, and installing the new Combi boiler in the upstairs airing cupboard along with a new mixer shower in the bathroom. I have to recommend Love Your Plumber if you are looking for a top quality boiler installation.

We had John to come have a look at my nans boiler after 2 other plumbers had tried to figure out the problem but was baffled what the problem was. John came he had a good look told us what he had to do in order to find the problem, he did it and now it’s fine. Thanks again John would definitely Reccomend.

Rung John up when my boiler went down he came out same day as he didn’t want use sat in cold , it was not repairable and he fittered me in at last min and fittered me a new one with in 2 days , friendly and professional, av used John ever since for little jobs and no matter how busy he is he always get out same day , would not use any one else , keep up the good work ,
