Thorough and comprehensive service of Worcester Green star boiler by Sam today. We contacted him by mobile phone only yesterday and he messaged this morning to say he had a slot free this afternoon. Service that is rare to find these days. Excellent value. Checkout his new website for details. Brought his own vacuum cleaner which made me smile. Thanks Sam.

Sam and his work colleague Tom fitted new radiators and a pressurised hot water tank system into our bungalow to an extremely high standard. The service was professional, timely and all done at a fantastic price. Coincidentally we had our annual boiler service by British Gas a week after the job was completed and the engineer doing the boiler service had to update his records for our insurance cover with them. He was very praiseworthy of the high standard of the installation and said it was the tidiest job he had seen…….and he sees a lot! Nice to hear from someone else in the trade just how good the install was. Would recommend without any hesitation and will be using his services again when we upgrade other radiators in the bungalow. Thanks Sam and Tom!

We had a roof leak during a bad storm, with rain coming in around the boiler flue. Sam came out on short notice early Sunday morning to patch it up, then returned the next day to replace the damaged part once it arrived. He kept us updated with arrival times throughout and was pleasant, professional, honest, and very reasonably priced. We really appreciated his help and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Sam and Tom replaced an ageing Morco water heater in my caravan for a Ferroli unit.

We had a problem with the pipe bringing water into the building we are renovating and Sam came promptly to quote and booked the job in the for the next week. He was friendly, efficient and very clear about what needed doing. We were really happy with the quality of the work he did and we now have water! excellent service - called them out due to leaking flu in caravan boiler. They came out at 0900am on a Sunday morning - no rediculous call out fee!! They made a temp repair to stop water ingress whilst they got all the correct parts to fully fix the system. Came back with extra workman and completed the job quickly. Polite, quick, and very very reasonable prices. Will use for all services and plumbing needs moving forwards.

Sam come to our holiday home in Barmouth to fix our hot water issue, he was polite and friendly. It didn't take him long to diagnose the issue, was back the same day with the parts and had fixed the issue. Would highly recommend.
