Not a good experience with this agency. I don't think I'll be using them in the future. Please don't make someone wait and wait, and on top not get back to them regarding the outcome of the job!!

What can I say about LRL apart from the staff are very helpful understanding very polite and professional I deal with 2 members regularly which would tom and Liam who have been great at finding me work overall I have never had a problem I would recommend the agency which I do with out any problems good people to find you work

I have been struggling to find a job to suit my requirements for a very long time. Robbie Horton from LRL got in touch with me after he found me a suitable job with suitable hours/rota also good pay rates, very quickly got its all sorted for me to start the job the very next day. With Robbie understanding my needs and commitments the job had to suit. He went out of his way above and beyond and got me started on a covid site, he done all the work there was no stress or struggle to become employed for this company, no pressure or complications, over all very pleasurable experience would highly recommend if you haven't worked or been in the working sector for a long time. Robbie has been my go to man he has answered every question with quick response, if this job wasent to work out for myself I would definitely go back to LRL to help me back into another job,

Travelled from Edinburgh to Birmingham for a job in Redditch. Gave up my job in Edinburgh, paid for accomodation. The job was supposed to start 25th August, and was advertised at a good rate.

The job was then delayed for a week so I had to pay for more accomodation and survive a week without wages. They tried to offer me a different position on a much lower rate than I had accepted- then conceded I could get the original job that I was offered- but would have to wait a week.
The day before I was to start they said that job had gone And I had to accept the lower wages one.Then I got a a message saying they had withdrawn the lower rate job tomorrow as well!

I am stuck in Birmingham having spent over £400 digs and travel and am unemployed, stranded, skint and as I gave up my flat, now homeless.

Do not trust this agency, they are dishonest scamsters that will ruin you.

im only giving 3 stars. all i will say is dont give a direct cards in job up when they offer you mega bucks to do the same job, a few of us gave up jobs,in all fairness they dont control what the client says but at least be honest about it.dont spin a yarn about inductors then give the full story after . i mean c,mon you said that the client had no idea we was being inducted yet told us all week that inductions were being pushed back by the client and that you had approached them to ask with regards to payment being made for lost days,all very conflicting

Agreed to undertake work as electrical supervisor for an 8 week contract on short notice with promise of confirmation email of rate and position on day of attending site for induction no response of confirmation by the end of the day and no response from recruiter there after, lost out on a days pay. The type of outfit that give recruitment agencies a bad rep.
