Ordered 2 recovery pro pods one as a present for my son. Delivered quickly no fuss and a doddle. Both now regular dippers. We had a problem with one where the base and wall seam failed after 11 months. Contacted customer service thinking this is going to be a faff…. They responded same day checked my details on their system as I can’t find the receipt email and sent out a replacement base with 48h all sorted. Massively appreciated. Going to add the chiller unit next.

We love our lumitherapy sauna pro and would thoroughly recommend it! It's a beautiful looking, compact sauna for 1 person. The lumi team fitted it in about 20 minutes and then it was up and working. The lovely team stayed whilst it heated up and we tested everything. We have loved using it every day and it connects by bluetooth to our Peloton easily so we can watch Netflix while we sweat !! Also, Anita has been great at responding to any of our queries quickly, so a big thumbs up for customer service. Now I just need to be brave enough to try their cold plunge!

Excellent ice bath and support! I ordered the Lumi Pod Pro with Cube Chiller and I couldn't be happier. Shipping to Switzerland included all taxes/import fees. No extra costs after ordering. The setup was easy, material seems to be of very high quality and everything was included - Setup took 30 minutes max, while taking my time. Put the water temperature on 8 degrees and it's running along nicely. Had several questions for support as well which were answered quickly and efficiently

I received my Lumi Recovery Ultra In February and started using it straight away, gradually building up the time I spent in the cold water. It's been brilliant... just the right size to sit in comfortably while not taking up too much space on the patio, and the water stayed around 10 degrees (without adding ice) until we deflated the bath when we went travelling around Scotland in April. It definitely helped me acclimatise to swimming in freezing Lochs and rivers!

Anyway, this review is to highlight amazing customer service from Rachel at Lumi. When we came home from Scotland, my husband tried to reinflate my Lumi bath and struggled because we didn't have a Lumi pump and none of the valves for his pumps seemed to fit. I contacted customer services for advice and immediately received an email from Rachel to say she'd send me a pump, then very soon after I received an order confirmation and the pump is on its way! Fantastic! Thank you!

Fantastic product and outstanding service!

I had a Lumi Sauna installed recently and I absolutely love It! Despite the unexpected challenge of my flat being on the third floor—which they weren’t aware of until the last minute—the team handled everything with such professionalism and grace. They carried all the equipment upstairs without a single complaint and completed a beautiful, clean installation.

The customer service was excellent. They took the time to explain how everything works and made sure I felt confident using it. I’m so grateful for the care, time, and effort they put into the whole process.

It’s a fantastic product and a truly relaxing experience. Highly recommend both the sauna and the team behind it. Thank you again!

I bought a second hand Lumi Chiller/Heater that needed some mechanical work to get back to working order so I contacted customer care and liaised with Amber who was so helpful, I cant thank both her and Jamie their in house engineer enough, the communication and support was top tier and the price for the replacement part including installation was way cheaper than expected and as an added bonus they even kindly sprayed the unit back to a brand new finish. To say im pleased is a massive understatement , thankyou so much to everyone at Lumi who helped me, I highly recommend this company and their customer support team.

I purchased the lumi maxi tub for a better experience ,replacing a smaller tub I had previously. I have experienced the benefits of cold water therapy and swimming and the lumi maxi added to it. I had a problem with the tub and contacted lumi support...
They responded to my email very quickly, took note of the issue i was experiencing and responded to solve the problem unbelievably quickly.
Personally I think any company shows its true value by going all out to solve issues that my arise rather than side stepping them.
Lumi went all out, so I would recommend the product, as it's excellent quality,
And certainly recommend Lumi because of my experience with them.
