⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Experience – Safe, Professional, and Thorough

I originally booked Dean & Tom for a simple chimney sweep, but as soon as they arrived they identified a serious issue: the flu liner had come loose and the fire needed replacing. What was expected to be a short job turned into a full‑day installation — all due to prior poor workmanship by the previous owners.

Despite the complexity, Dean & Tom showed true professionalism and craftsmanship. They handled every unexpected challenge with care and expertise, turning what could have been a dangerous setup into a safe, fully functional system for my family.

Not only did they complete the fire and liner installation to the highest standards, but they also took time to explain what needed doing, offering helpful advice along the way. From start to finish, they were courteous, patient, and transparent.

Dean and his crew turned up Monday morning and just cracked on with it. They were happy to show me the work as it was going on and explained all the small details involved in the fitting. Really lovely blokes who know their stuff. 2 & half days later my log burner was fitted along with all the certificates and then once I was happy I paid. Had my log burner fitted a week before Christmas (finished 22nd), it was difficult to find anywhere as having one all the way through isn't quite simple. Dean and Tom worked efficiently together. They got it central both rooms which is amazing! They were respectful of the property and cleaned up. Genuinely nice normal people who got on with the job and didn't drag anything out and did what they said they would do. I would reccomend ✅️
