Brilliant company and would recommend to anyone. Stephen was recommended to me after fitting a new boiler for a family member. He has done several jobs for me since then, including fitting a new boiler, and has also fitted a neighbour’s boiler after I recommended him to them. The whole team are really friendly and helpful right from enquiring/booking up to completion. Nothing is too much trouble for any of them and the jobs are always done to a high standard. Notifications are sent when Stephen is on his way so that you don’t have to wait in all day which is helpful, and no mess is ever left when the job is finished.

I cannot recommend L&W enough. Ste, Jordan and all staff are total professionals And deliver quality service.
When I first moved into my house, there was a phantom pipe knocking that several other plumbers could not resolve. Ste Took the time to correctly identify the problem and install a solution.
When my boiler broke in the depths of winter They came to my house on the same day and arranged an install at the next opportunity, which happened to be at Saturday.
They are always on time and easy to communicate with, prices are very reasonable.

Fantastic service! Our boiler was out of action just as the cold snap hit and we were worried we’d be without hot water or heating for days … but Steve sourced the parts and came to us in the evening - out of hours - and sorted it no problem. Always polite, friendly and very knowledgeable, and always happy to help with any questions I may have.
