What a fabulous company .we had a septic tank emergency today and from initial contact to visit and unblocking and emptying . They couldn’t have been more helpful.

Friendly staff when you see them, find there’s a lot of waiting around especially when the yard staff go for break at the same time and you’ve got to wait for them to finish. Would make a lot of sense to split the breaks so the business is constantly operational and Lorrie’s can tip instead of having to wait! Got to Gaze at 7.45am and left at 12.15 which set me back by a long shot…

I take liquid waste that is contaminated with oil or diesel. And other waste to M Gaze & Co. The lads are always welcoming and helpful. Even the main bosses stop for a chat. Been going there for near on 7 years now, and never had any bad moments. Always a cheerful place to visit. And easy to get to, at Thurton near Norwich.
