MAAC installed an air sourced heat pump to replace our oil boiler. The quality of workmanship is very good, the piping runs very neat, everything well lagged.
Really nice guys doing the work, very polite and they always cleared everything up at the end of each day.
Over all a very good job, the system is working very well. Loads of piping hot water and the house is very warm.

MAAC installed a heat pump and new radiators in my 1930s semi. The heating engineers, Cameron and Harry, were professional, helpful, respectful and very tidy; I cannot recommend them and the company highly enough.
The company have been a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end: they do what they say they will and have communicated with me clearly and promptly throughout the process. They handled the whole of the government grant process, and it went through smoothly.
The system is keeping my house at a steady and comfortable temperature; the greatest bonus for me is that it is almost completely silent.
If you are thinking of changing to a heat pump, I would certainly start by talking to MAAC; I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We had a concern about the cover over the electric socket outside. We were sent an engineer the following morning. He was quick to explain and demonstrate how the cover closes, putting our minds at rest. We have an air conditioning unit supplied by MAAC 6 years ago and they have serviced it ever since. One of our best ever purchases. The engineers who come are always punctual, professional and polite and the company is easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this company without reservation.

MACC Air Conditioning is one of the best services I have encountered. Our underfloor heating / heat pumps failed. We contacted MAAC for help. They responded almost immediately. Fred and Cameron were professional, super friendly and fixed all the problems (there were several!). Aside from an additional infra red check, they also did a full service on the entire system on the spot. They only left when they were confident our heating was back up and operating as it should be again. Added to which they did a check in to ensure everything was operating the next day. Excellent service. We are very happy, satisfied customer who will be returning!

5 stars aren't enough! We've just had an air conditioning installation finish in our house, Hayden at MAAC Heating & Cooling was fantastic! During the quote process he visited a few times and had no problem with the many questions we asked while we were preparing the place for installation. Hayden was quick to respond to emails and explain answers in an honest way we could understand so everything was ready to go. The units were very affordable, modern and surprisingly energy efficient! We had a nice surprise to find they can be controlled with our phones too! We were given two quote options which was very helpful and we can't praise the quality of installation enough! Hayden and his partner did a fantastic job installing our system, making sure everything was neat & even let us change the pipes layout last minute! We will be contacting them again to get another unit installed in our last bedroom! Thanks again!
