A great shop for tools and specified engineering equipment- very modern, clean, bright spacious shop interior, organised, also clearly displayed layout of products on the shelves. I thank Chris who expertly guided and advised me in my search and being so helpful in making sure I bought the right product of my needs. There were a choice of various electric saw devices (additional blades provided) on display in the shop. Machine Mart periodically do bargain sales as im regularly informed by G-mail. Great shop, great staff...check their sales too! Rating A1 10/10. 👍

100% top guys had to pick up something for work rang the shop to say I was caught in a bit of traffic and was literally just round the corner spoke to Chris and he said he will wait for me got there 3 minutes after closing. Big thanks to Baz n Chris top blokes.

Visited the Blackfen/ Sidcup store today (25/02/24) and Chris & Sumesh were brilliant!
They took the time to find out the ideal socket size required to carry out the rest of my DIY task (changing the window on an Audi TT) and even popped out to the car with me to test until we found the right size.

I’ve been visiting this store for the past ten years and each visit has been great. They are knowledgable, helpful and above all patient (as not all of us know what we’re talking about or the exact item we need, and tend to only know what we need the items for).

I recommend this store and the team to the experienced and inexperienced, they will always go above and beyond.

Avoid, avoid, avoid I will never spend another Penny with this company. Spent nearly £400 on a pond pump and accessories, had it three weeks the bolts holding the exhaust came undone, threaded and the exhaust snapped off. Returned to store for an exchange, told I have to wait 3 weeks for it to be inspected before they can consider refund or exchange. I would understand if I’d had it 3 months but 3 weeks use and then having to wait 3 weeks for them to let me know what they’re going to do about it is outrageous. They quickly told me it’s in their rights to not replace or refund until they have sent it away for inspection, I’m sure it is but it’s not fair, i have a job to do clearing a pond, with no pump for the foreseeable future. If I had bought it from Amazon, I could just send it back, don’t take the risk with this company by it from Amazon.
