I have worked at MAHLE Powertrain for over 25 years and counting, from Cosworth Engineering to Cosworth Technology and then becoming MPT. My length of service say's all that needs to be said about what sort of place it is to work at. It is a fair, honest and safe place to work. I have never felt once that I was threatened or intimidated and knowing the company very well they would not allow it. As with all reviews they should be taken as a whole and there are always two sides to every story.
