We have a few infinity copiers at my place of work. The engineers that come out to sort out any issues we have have always been lovely and very efficient. They keep us informed of what's going on or what happened to cause the issue as well as advising what steps to take of it happens again. More than happy with the service we receive from Infinity. And our printers get used a lot, so we've had to call them out a few times a year. Would highly recommend.
