Visited the store today to buy my kids school uniform we went in the upstairs cafe before we started shopping, we were served more or less immediately by the young lady after she patiently waited for my kids to decide on what they would like for they’re meal deals (£4 great value) . We were offered the special blend of coffee which is supposed to be fruity and bold both me and my partner tried it. I loved it ..he did not. Our avocado and breakfast arrived shortly after we sat , was on nice warm (hot) plates.maybe a little too warm. All in all great experience

After shopping at Sainsbury's, I proceeded to Marks & Spencer to make several purchases. Upon entering the M&S store, I experienced persistent and unwelcome surveillance by security staff. Following the selection and purchase of my items, and while still under observation, I was stopped as I left the store. This action was unjustified and caused significant distress, as I had not committed any wrongdoing. Is this your standard customer service protocol?

Got to M&S foodhall at 7am for when they opened and it was busy, last Saturday before Xmas etc but how lovely and friendly all the staff were, even at an early hr and hectic time of year. All the shelves were fully stocked. I just hope all the customers appreciate the staff and are nice to them, wishing them all a Merry Christmas 🎅 🎄

Visited the store this morning and it was very quiet which was both unexpected and brilliant as we had plenty of time to look around at all the Christmas food ideas. Great range of wines too.
Plenty of Percy pigs around if they are your thing as well as gift ideas.
Great to see the wine tasting station as well as fill your own cereals and nuts as well as a coffee bean selector and self fill. Pick your own eggs too.
Plenty of choice and all really well laid out which you can only really appreciate when the shop is quiet like it was today. Great to explore but don’t go when it is busy.

Purchased a pram suit for my little one for a day trip to the zoo, noticed in the store it had slight marking so I asked the till lady to put a note on the receipt as it was the only size left in his size. I placed the bag in the car to use the next day for the zoo visit. On said day I opened the bag in daylight to see a lot more marking than initially thought, clearly a worn item. I returned to store the following day for a refund to have the most rude encounter with a staff memeber, excusing me of the marks, making out that it wasn’t fit for the shop floor so I wouldn’t of been sold to me in that way. Manger comes over and offers an exchange. Once again I reminded them that when purchasing the pram suit the memeber of staff had written and signed the receipt to state it was marked. After they blanked me and spoke amongst themselves she gave me a refund after making me feel as if I’ve done something wrong when I in fact got sold a filthy item!! Unbelievable! She then grilled me about my card for the refund. I explained that Apple Pay has a different last 4 digits, after opening my Apple wallet and confirming it was the correct card she looked extremely aggressive. I was standing with my 6 year old being treated like dirt by these two women. Extremely rude manager and till staff. Won’t be going back to that store. And I will not be purchasing from M&S no longer.

Went to Hedge End store today, we ordered a soup which was £6 + 50p for a roll....the bowl was only half full and tepid. Also ordered 2 All Day Breakfasts again it was tepid...at £9.50 don't mind paying for hot food but it was just about edible. The
plates weren't even warmed up! Also ordered 2 Flat White coffees which were luke warm.. C'mon M&S you can do better than this!!!

We were served by Joe from the men's suit department, fitting our whole wedding party. He was very professional and really gave good advise on our choices and mens sizes. Our whole wedding party got what they needed in one day! Thank you Joe you are a credit to this department.
