Excellent job carried out by marsdens. I had my fireplace swept, blocked off and chimney capped. Cameron is a brilliant guy even got rid of my old log burner for me. Stayed in touch all the way up until the job being done. Fantastic prices, a real bargain. I will definitely use marsdens again

Great job from Cameron, his Dad and Grandad fitting my Dunsley Avance last month. After I knocked out the brickwork, Marsden's did a lovely job cleaning the rear bricks, fitting the side boarding, hearth stones and the stove and flue pipe. Marsden's were also able to fit an external chimney pipe on my roof, flashing and resecure the tiling as my front chimney had been sealed over. Great, local, family business who are pleasant, professional and really good at what they do, Thanks Gents.

Cameron fitted a new defra complient
woodburning stove for us last week. We couldnt be happier with the stove or the installation. From start to finish Cameron has been really helpful giving us advice on every aspect of the process including the efficiency of the stove and the type of hearth, which was very much appreciated. Can’t recommend marsdens enough. Cameron and his dad fitted my stove in feb 23. Right from the start it was clear he knew his stuff. He helped me with choosing a stove and even put up with my endless questions and always got back to me. I wanted to fit my own hearth and he gave me all the info I needed about regs and recommendations. He turned up when he said he was going to and left the place spotless. His attention to detail was impressive even by my standards, even changing part of the flue to ensure that it would sit central and perfect aesthetically. From talking to others who have had stoves fitted he is also really reasonably priced. He was booked up for 5 months but was well worth waiting for. I’ve recommend him to everyone I know who needs a stove or a sweep and he’s coming back to do my sweep in January. Professional, friendly and unbelievably helpful.
