I'm very disappointed at not getting a proper technical resolution to an issue with wine cooler doors not aligning . Paperwork says a conversion kit is included but office say theres no such thing, Its suggested I go to a hardware shop and buy some washers. Honestly? In this day & age? Expected better after spending £2k on 2 coolers that should align. As an independent kitchen retailer of 15 years I know where I won't be placing any future business.

Completely incompetent. Ordered kitchen tap valves and didn’t receive an email, the item or even the decency to respond to say sorry we had no stock or we haven’t dispatched the item. Don’t waist your time or effort.

I've worked with them for a number of years and for as long as I can remember, they are one of the most unhelpful, rude, arrogant and inflated company I have come across in this sector. The worst thing is their products aren't even that great.

I recently had a call from their accounts department who when I queried a payment, was told they don't have time to talk to me. This was the last straw and I asked for my account to be closed formally as I would never do business with them again. Steer clear of this company there are many others that do average appliances in the industry. Don't waste your time with them.

Hose burst in my kitchen tap. Called up and replacement delivered under warranty cover 2 days later. Sorted now. Great service.

Don't recommend this company at all. Worst customer service I experience in my life! Honestly is better to spend little bit more money and get equipment from proper shop at least you know if you will have any problems they will try to help you not like Maurice Lay Ltd ignoring people. Stay away !!!

Expensive TAT. New Kitchen, 5 Caple products, microwave, coffee machine fridge, steam oven, oven. Within 3 years every product has broken, unfortunately "out of warranty". No one local will touch them with a barge pole so had to get a "local" engineer from 60 miles away who cant come for 2 weeks. Their product is expensive rubbish, their service is rubbish, they have one man in tech support who says "its out of warranty, not my problem" avoid at all costs !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
