Right let’s do this….
My name is Andre I worked for Mccurrach on the PepsiCo contract August 2024-April 2025.

Long story short, the trial begun with 17 of us ending with just 3. If you ever believe how the final 3 have been mistreated and misinformed. Mccurrach Offered us permanent contracts to then be told just weeks later that we are being made redundant… can I just say though - this was my first BDE role and I enjoyed it hence not giving 1 star.

But the organisation alongside constant miscommunication has been absolutely disgusting and caused me to take a month of work with mental health issues. I can’t even get hold of old managers Marc or Raymond as they have blocked me so here you go… if I was a person that knew Law I would be finding a way to find justice but at this point I can’t be asked I just want the money I’m entitled to (although I was expecting £600 more) but it is what it is.

Main take away from this review is it’s a great place to work until things come to an end (you must be very persevering!!! ) - use this as a stop gap in your career and find something better long term … oh and make sure you leave before they randomly make you redundant lol have a nice day 👍

Have me registered as a member of their staff when I'm not. Are impossible to get a hold of and keep causing me issues with HMRC codes. Do not respond to messages and do not respond when contacted! Avoid!!!!

Called the office and whoever answered was extremely rude. Was told in order to apply to a role I would need to submit my CV online via the portal. Do not give out email addresses so no way in chasing. In addition to this no one got back to me/ no update was given on my application

No one work for this company.they will blame you for accidents and put them on your driving license which will you will be at fault.they had put 5 accidents down under my name when i was looking after a team of 4 people and wasn’t the driver of all these vehicles.it has caused me a lot of stress as I had to wait 5 years for them all come off so I can get personal insurance.
