I enquired about an asbestos survey on a residential property I am purchasing and received a quotation within a couple of hours, MCP ensured they could get a surveyor to collect keys from the estate agent 2 days later and we surprisingly received the survey report within 24 hours of the survey being conducted. Kind, professional and courteous from start to finish, one of the managers followed up with a phone call to discuss the report findings which we thought was brilliant.

Horrific experience with these idiots.
They were in the flat above me yesterday and were so rude & ignorant. They parked & blocked 2 drives & 2 disabled bays. Were asked to move but ignored everyone. They made so much noise & when asked to be a little quieter as we are flats of very disabled, old & fraile people. They responded by putting their music on full belt while laughing at all the neighbours. Then they drilled a hole through the upstairs floor right into my ceiling and the denied they'd done it.
I have everything on my CCTV cameras and photos. Tried to call them to complain & got told to go away. They aren't interested, they were contracted out so speak to who asked them to do the work. Completely rubbish service & absolutely no customer service skills at all.

What atrocious treatment we received from the employees of this company! One of their employees wrote our car off ,and we are unable to get the required information for us to be able to progress our claim . Rude , unhelpful and truly obnoxious members of staff that feel it appropriate to put the phone down when questioned why they are not cooperating with the insurance companies despite not answering endless messages, phone calls & emails.

If this is the way they conduct their normal business I suggest you look for an alternative provider.

Customer service is totally alien to this company !

Avoid at all costs!!! A shame we cannot rate 0. The engineer was rude and nosy. He made some bad comments while in the house. His behaviour was inappropriate.
