Went in today as I have been struggling to find a certain light bulb!

Staff were very helpful and explained why I would be having difficulty finding they, they were kind enough to look in the back to see if they had any left and luckily they had 1 left!

Would highly recommend anyone going in here if they are having any difficulties, staff are very knowledgeable and helpful!

Brilliant service. I called them this morning and spoke with Matthew concerning a failed LED batten. He immediately agreed that it was a warranty replacement but because I couldn't collect (lockdown) he placed it on their van delivery to Keswick this afternoon. So, within about 4 hours of calling them, my replacement is already lighting my study. Superb!
